Unless you managed to avoid nightclubs for the majority 2014, chances are you came across Walking With Elephants. The tuba driven house anthem from Lithuanian producer Ten Walls tore up dancefloors worldwide last year and has now been given a new lease of life thanks to Londoner, Shakka, who has used the track as the instrumental for his latest single.

Whilst the original had a slightly dark vibe, Shakka’s version, which also features a guest appearance from grime veteran Frisco, takes a different approach. The highly talented singer/songwriter waxes lyrical about the simple pleasures in his life and his hopes for the future, giving the track a really jubilant feel. With the track also boasting one of the catchiest choruses of the year so far, it looks set to have just as big an impact on dancefloors as the original.

Shakka’s new EP, Bootlegs, is out next month so enjoy this while we wait and, if you haven’t already, why not check out his back catalogue – there are more than a few gems in there!
