Monster Playground, an experimental music outfit from the South of London have concocted a wonderful blend of Folk, Jazz and Hip Hop. The group is made up of a multi-instrumentalist producers and vocalists with diverse styles.

Out Time is a spacious and ultra-mellow track, reminiscent of the finest Bristolian Trip Hop. It’s got a great blend of rich, light instrumentation and cushioned boom-bap drums. The brief presence of lyrics glide in halfway through the track ushering a new vibe. It’s great to hear distinct British raps as opposed to the American twang that can sometimes creep in Hiphop made in the UK. Check out more from the band here.
